We have edited and fixed thousands of photos over the years. We have fixed or restored photos where the color has faded. We have edited photographs to fix blemishes, rips, cracks, scratches and tears, but this one was a real challenge because it was so badly faded that there was no visible detail in her face. We accepted the challenge. Below is the before and after edited photos.
Tips to preserve your photographs.
1. Frame your photographs with UV protective Plexiglas.
2. Don’t ever place photographs near windows that will allow direct sunlight to shine on them.
3. Buy back-up copy of each of your photographs and store them away from light, heat and moisture.
